Selva es una oda a la diversidad y riqueza de los ingredientes locales y de los destilados mexicanos; un viaje por los sabores de Oaxaca, su cultura, su territorio y su herencia. Un espacio de degustación ecléctico, abierto a la conversación y a cócteles que invitan a reflexionar.
Un bar con una fuerte atención a los ingredientes de temporada, enfocado en la sinergia entre la innovación y lo endémico, estimulando todos los sentidos con un estilo internacional y elegante.
El menú 2024–25 de Selva, “TABLES”, hace referencia a mesas de distintos orígenes como punto de entrada para explorar cómo interactuamos con la comida, la bebida y entre nosotros, en una coreografía que es parte esencial de nuestra vida social.
El menú también incluye una selección de clásicos atemporales de Selva, Martinis y Highballs, más de 50 mezcales y destilados mexicanos independientes, y opciones sin alcohol.
Selva es uno de los 50 Best Bars de Norteamérica y recibió dos pines (Outstanding) de The Pinnacle Guide.

Selva’s 2024-25 menu “TABLES” refers to tables of various origins as the entry point to explore how we interact with food, drinks and each other in a choreography that is an essential part of our social life. The menu also includes a selection of Selva’s timeless classics, Martini and Highballs, a selection of more than 50 independent Mezcals and Mexican spirits and alcohol-free drinks.
